This is a Working Notebook
This is a working notebook, not a finished book. It’s a place for ideas that are still forming, for patterns that don’t make sense yet, and for questions that are still changing shape. Some of what lives here is about story. Some of it is about systems. Some of it is about what it means to be a person trying to stay human in the age of AI. Most of it sits somewhere in between.
I think of this place as a kind of research lab, but not the kind with white coats and clean answers. More like a long table covered in notes, diagrams, half-written scenes, and strange connections that may or may not mean something yet. This is where ideas grow roots before they grow wings. Where signal is separated from noise slowly, by hand, by paying attention, not by an algorithm deciding what matters.
Nothing here is meant to be perfect. These notes aren’t polished. They’re alive. Part experiment, part witness, part breadcrumb trail. I’m following certain questions and seeing where they lead, especially the ones about systems, stories, technology, power, memory, and how we become who we are. If something here resonates with you, then you’re probably in the right place. If something here opens a door you didn’t know was there, even better.
Why This Exists
I built this place because most of us are overwhelmed by noise. Digital noise. Emotional noise. Historical noise. And almost no one ever taught us how to hear ourselves through it.
Systems shape us more than we realize, and half the time we’re carrying patterns that were never ours to begin with. The internet rewards speed, spectacle, and polish, but the real signal usually shows up slow, quiet, and a little strange. This notebook is my attempt to make a place where thinking can breathe again. Where intuition is taken seriously. Where experiments are allowed to wobble. Where ideas don’t need permission to be real.
You don’t have to read this site in order. You don’t have to read all of it. Just read what calls to you and let the rest fall away. Notice what gets louder when you do. The work here tends to fall into three areas: story, self, and systems. Not because life fits neatly into categories, but because these three seem to shape almost everything else.
Story is how we create and make meaning.
Self is how we heal, remember, and become.
Systems is how we build, work, and live with technology.
You don’t need to pick the “right” one. Just stay where something feels familiar.
How to Use This Site
This site is not meant to be read front to back. It’s a notebook, a lab, and a map. Some pages are essays. Some are experiments. Some are frameworks you can use in your own work or your own life.
If you’re here, you’re probably in one of three places. You’re trying to build something, trying to heal from something, or trying to create something. Sometimes those are all the same thing, just wearing different names. Start with whichever one feels most true right now. Follow what feels relevant. Ignore the rest. Come back when something changes. This site will still be here, and it will probably look a little different every time you return, because I will be a little different too.
Start Anywhere
Each path leads somewhere different. There’s no wrong place to begin. Think of this page like a trailhead, not a table of contents. You don’t have to walk every path. Just pick the one that feels like it was meant for you and see where it goes. Start wherever you want. You can’t really get lost here. Everything connects eventually.
Story & Signal
This path is for people who build worlds in their heads. Writers, storytellers, visual thinkers, and anyone who has ever used story to understand something real. This is where I write about storytelling, worldbuilding, visual experiments, and what it looks like to use AI as a creative partner instead of just a tool. If you’ve ever had a world, a character, or an idea that wouldn’t leave you alone, you’re probably in the right place.
Memory & Self
This path is for people trying to understand their own life like it’s a map with missing pieces. Healing, trauma, identity, journaling, memory, and the strange process of becoming someone new while still being yourself. This section is quieter, more personal, and more reflective. It’s about learning how to listen to your own history, your own patterns, and your own voice, and figuring out what to do with what you find.
Systems & Work
This path is for people who look at broken systems and can’t help but try to fix them. AI, automation, templates, enterprise systems, and the future of work, but written from the inside, by someone who actually lives in these systems and is trying to make them more human. This is where I write about building better tools, better workflows, and better ways of working that don’t slowly crush the people using them.
